MetroPhilly Article on the Hall

Great piece on the Lithuanian Music Hall in Philadelphia and its ties to not only local history but to one of the critical events in the fall of the Soviet Union. The fundraiser continues!

Thank you to our volunteers and vendors who made our 43rd annual event possible! It was a fabulous weekend!

The 44th Annual Mugė Lithuanian Festival was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Unfortunately, the Mugė Lithuanian Festival to be held on Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7, 2021 is canceled this year due to theCOVID-19 pandemic.

Please help us keep Lithuanian arts and culture alive in the Philadelphia region by making a donation to our Lithuanian Music Hall today. Every dollar helps and no donation is too small!

After more than 100 years in operation, we need your help to restore and modernize our home. We’ll begin by beautifying interior spaces and updating supporting infrastructure. Every dollar you donate will be invested in restoring and preserving our home for future generations. The impact of realizing our $60,000 goal would be huge.

The Lithuanian Music Hall is a full-service banquet facility located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Port Richmond neighborhood. Conveniently located within two minutes of I-95’s Allegheny Avenue exit, our event facility is centrally located for guests from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Welcome to the Lithuanian Music Hall.

We are a Lithuanian club in Philadelphia supporting Lithuanian culture, education, science, arts, and sports among our members. Established in 1907 through the merger of various Lithuanian clubs and organizations in the Philadelphia region, we are the Philadelphia chapter of the Lithuanian-American Community.

In 1908, the newly constructed Lithuanian Music Hall opened at 2715 East Alegheny Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since then, this music hall has been our home.
